Course The heavily shaded course is an out and back almost entirely on the Pacific Crest Trail. The trail is generally soft with good footing, although there are some technical sections with rocks and roots. Runners will start by running North from the Clackamas Ranger Station to the Frog Lake Aid Station. They will then return to the start/finish and head South to the Warm Springs Meadows Aid Station, where they will turn around and head back to the finish. Crewing Crews may access their runners at three aid stations: Start/Finish, FS 58 and HWY 26. Crews are not allowed at any other aid stations and runners with crew at Little Crater Lake, Red Wolf or Warm Springs will be disqualified. Directions to FS 58 Aid Station: Leaving the Start/Finish, go north or left out of the parking. Four miles back up Hwy 42 back toward Hwy 26 you turn left onto Hwy 58. Go approximately 5.3 miles down Hwy 58 to where the PCT crosses this road. Hwy 58 is paved and goes straight out (no turns), don’t turn down any gravel or paved side roads. Directions to HWY 26 Aid Station: Leaving the Start/Finish, go north on Hwy 42 ten miles to Hwy 26. Turn left onto Hwy 26 (north). Five miles up Hwy 26 you will see Frog Lake Car Park. The PCT crosses Hwy 26 on the north side of this car park. The Aid Station will be on the west side of Hwy 26 (opposite the Car Park) on the PCT.
